Amazing Job

I was very pleased with how fast and efficient they were with handling our “pest problem”. We have used other companies but they never got rid of our problem like Pest 101 did. They did an amazing job; I will surely recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are good, honest, hard workers; they know what they are doing and get the job done! Elaine was very polite and patient, even though she didn’t have to be, so a HUGE thank you for everything.

The company rates are affordable, they do not hide any hidden fees and they are upfront about everything. In the past I have used other “expen$ive, big name companies” who promised/guaranteed the pest problem would be eliminated but that was not the case.

Amazing Customer Care

We have been using Pest 101 Inc.’s services for the past two years for our home and our office as well. They have always been professional, effective and affordable. But the best part about their service is the extra effort they put to make sure that they stand by their service and good name. They always call and follow up post services to make sure that the bugs are gone – or if not, they’ll offer a free inspection. Quality Service at Reasonable Prices

Very happy with their professional, prompt service. They go beyond the extra mile to educate you about avoiding infestations and other tips about household pests. That way, you know they are really after your safety and comfort and not out there just to make a quick buck like all other pest control services. Their fees are also much more reasonable than other comparable businesses in the industry. After I had my home fumigated and was really satisfied, we had our commercial business space fumigated as well. Not a single bite from any type of insect since then. I will now include them as part of my regular home maintenance to-do list.
